Studio Policies

Clear expectations that protect our workflow and creative integrity.

Branson Logo Design Studio operates with clarity, structure, and respect. These policies ensure that every project is handled with professionalism, protected boundaries, and a workflow that honors both the client and the studio.

1. Communication Policy

All communication is handled through email or scheduled calls. Unscheduled messages or last‑minute requests may not be accommodated.

2. Turnaround Times

Project timelines are clearly stated in the contract. Rush work is available only when approved and may include additional fees.

3. Payment Requirements

A deposit is required to begin all projects. Work does not start until payment is received.

4. Revision Policy

Each package includes a set number of revisions. Additional revisions are billed at the studio’s hourly rate.

5. Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non‑refundable. If a project is canceled after work has begun, the client is responsible for the portion completed.

6. File Delivery

Final files are delivered after full payment is received. Source files are not included unless explicitly stated in the contract.

7. Respect for Creative Boundaries

The studio does not tolerate disrespect, manipulation, or pressure tactics. Projects may be terminated if boundaries are violated.
