Understanding Our Payment Structure

Why do large companies need to pay a deposit?

Large-company projects require more time, planning, and resources. These projects often include:

A 50% deposit ensures the project is secured on the schedule and protects the studio from lost time if a company backs out or delays the process. This is standard practice across the design industry.

Why don’t community clients need to pay a deposit?

Community Business Packages are intentionally designed to be accessible, low-barrier, and trust-based. These projects are smaller in scope and quicker to complete, which reduces risk for the studio.

By removing the deposit requirement, local creators, small businesses, and community members can get the design support they need without financial pressure.

Community clients simply pay upon completion — no deposit required.

Is the quality different between community and large-company projects?

Not at all. Every project receives the same level of care, storytelling, and professional design. The difference is in scope and scale, not quality.

Can a community client upgrade to a larger package later?

Absolutely. Many clients start with a small project and expand once they see their brand taking shape. Upgrades simply require a new contract and, if applicable, a deposit.
